Upgrading your browser
To download the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), please follow these steps:

To download the latest version of Netscape, please follow these steps:

Click on the ‘Free Download’ button.

Click ‘Download Now’ to download in English.

For non-English browser versions, select your language under ‘Other Languages.’
To download the latest version of Apple Safari, please follow these steps:

Point your browser to http://www.apple.com/safari/.

Click the ‘Download Safari x.x’ button.

Complete the registration form, select your operating system, and click ‘Download Safari.’
Editing your browser preferences*
To edit your Microsoft Internet Explorer preferences, please follow these steps:

From the Tools menu, choose ‘Internet Options.’

Click on the ‘Security' tab.

Click on the ‘Custom Level' button.

From the ‘Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins' section, select ‘Enable.’

Click ‘OK.’
To edit your Netscape preferences, please follow these steps:

From the Edit menu, choose ‘Preferences.’

From the ‘Advanced' section, click ‘Scripts & Plugins.’

Select all the checkboxes.

Click ‘OK.’
To edit your Apple Safari preferences, please follow these steps:

From the Safari menu, choose ‘Preferences.’

Click ‘Security.’

Select the ‘Enable JavaScript' box beside the ‘Web Content' section.

Close the Preferences window to save your settings.
